Hard contact lenses is the predecessor to soft contact lenses. They allow more oxygen to your eye and suitable for people who prone to infection or see an increase in blood vessels when wearing soft contact lenses. And you need to take off them everyday. Place the forefinger of your left hand at outer corner of left eye. Place your right hand underneath your left eye. Then, pull the skin outward from your left eye. The hard contact lens will pop out easily and fall into your waiting hand.

At first, you should wash your hands clean and dry them. Then place your palm of the left hand under your right eye to make it like a "cup" shape. Next, place your right index finger on the corner of your right eye with the eye look down toward your cupped hand. And then place proper pressure on your index finger to pull the corner of your eye outward. The hard contact lens will pop out into your left palm itself. At last, repeat this with your left eye.
