How long can I wear the day & night contact lenses?

What is the maximum time I can wear them continuously?

It is suggested not to wear contact lenses more than 6-8 hours per day, othewise there will not be much oxygen in your eyes, long time of wearing will cause eye diseases. Your doctor will give you some suggestion on the exact wearing time of contacy lenses.

It depends. Some people can wear them for 30 days. But that may be different for different people. You should consult your eye doctor and he will give you some suggestions.

For regular contact lenses, no more than 12hrs of wearing a day is ok. For colored contacts, you'd better not wear them more than 6hrs a day. Otherwise your eyes will become dry and uncomfortable.
