I think you are really a careless man when you are handling the contact lenses. The first thing you should do is making you calm down, and then following the tips step by step. First of all, you should use the tap water to clean your hands in case that there are some jalapeno left on your hands. Then, clean your eyes with some clean and tap water, which will also get rid of the left jalapeno.(Maybe you will think there is no jalapeno in your eyes or on your hands, but do this step just in case). After cleaning the eyes, if allowed, you can use some eye drops and close your eyes for a while. Last but also the most important step is that put some contacts solutions on a clean box, put the lenses into the solutions, clean them again and again. In order to get rid of the jalapeno totally, pls repeat this step again and again. At last, you can just feel free to use the contacts again.

Take off your contact lenses immediately, then soak contact lenses in pure water or milk, physiological saline and solution can also be helpful. Rub the lenses slightly with your finger point, 20 times each side can be enough. There will be no jalapeno on your contact lenses, so you can continue wear them. You need to keep your hands clean in this whole procedure. Do not wear the contact lenses immediately, store them into solution for a day.

You can do something for this and you can still use contact lenses. The first thing for you to do is to use lots of water to wash your contact lenses. You can go to your bathroom and turn on the water faucet and wash them for about ten minutes. You can still soak your lenses into some washing water. It should be no problem if you do like so. And for your eyes safety, you can use some eye drops. Take care.
