Dear friend. Don't worry. Sit down and take a deep breath to calm down yourself. And then drink some water to relax yourself at this moment. Sometimes contact lenses can dry out and stuck to our eyes if we wear them for a long time. Sometimes it can be very difficult for us to remove contact lenses. But it is a common phenomenon to most of us who use contacts every day. You can apply some artificial tears to lubricate your eyeballs and contacts for several times and then try to remove them again.

You need to calm down, friend. Panicking or anxiety will just make the situation went worse. You must tell yourself there are always ways to get the contact lenses out of your eyes soon. They won't live in your eyes forever. You need to find out where the contact lenses are in your eyes. Wash your hands with soaps and then open your eyes to find out where the contacts are in a mirror. If the situation is awkward, you'd better seek help from an eye doctor in the nearby. If the contacts stuck in your eyes because of dryness, you need to lubricate your eyes. And then try again.

Guy, this is not a big problem. You just need to apply some artificial tears into your eyes, and then blink your eyes for a few times. You can move your vision from up to down, from the left side to the right side. A lot of water at this time may lubricate your contacts and your eyeballs. You just need to do again and again. Then try to remove the contact lenses again as you normally would. I think they will finally come out.

Dear friend, artificial tears can be the best way to lubricate our eyeballs and contacts. If your contacts are stuck to your eyelid, you can apply some artificial tears into your eyes and then grab your upper lashline and pull it over the lower one. I have tried this before, it works. So you can have a try.

Guy, have you sleep in your contacts? Usually sleep in contacts will lead to stuck contacts. So doctor will suggest us not to sleep with contacts in unless they are a special kind of contacts called extended wear contact lenses. Contacts will cause dry eyes. The dryness may cause you to be at a higher risk of stuck contacts or an eye infection. If you can't get your contacts out of your eyes after lubricate your eyes, you may need to see an eye doctor immediately.

You need to wash your hands thoroughly and then locate the contact lens in your eyes. And then you can apply sterile saline to rinse the stuck contacts and your eyes. If you don't have sterile saline at hand, you can use artificial tears, contact lens rewetting drops or multipurpose contact lens solution for instead. After doing this, you can massage your closed eyes gently until you can feel the move of the contacts.

Dear friend, I suggest you not to rub your eyes and try to get them out again and again for rubbing your contacts may cause a corneal abrasion. Your eyes will be red and sting. You may need medical treatment if you are suffering from a corneal abrasion. I heard that you can move your eyeballs in the opposite direction if the contacts are off the center of your eye. But remember to apply some artificial tears to lubricate the contacts and your eyeballs first. You can also try to put a new contact lens on your eye and blink your eyes normally. They said that this can draw out the stuck lens to the center of your eye and then you can remove it out more easily.

If you are wearing the GP Contact Lens, you may apply a different way to remove your contacts. You can't massage your eyelid for the GP lens can abrade your eyes. If the GP lens stuck in the white of your eye, you can apply some artificial tears to moisten your eyes and then use your fingertip to press the outside edge of the lens gently to break the suction. You can also use a suction cup to help with your situation. You just need to press the suction cup on the center of the GP lens, and then remove your contacts when the suction cup adheres to the contacts. Hope this helped!

Dear friend, you must to figure out what cause your contacts to stick to your eyes. If the surface of your eyeballs are not very most, your contacts will stuck to the iris of your eyes if they dry out. You should avoiding rubbing your eyes for rubbing may lead to abrasions, infections, or even blindness. Though you can apply some artificial tears to moisten your eyes and then try to remove your contact, I still suggest you to see an eye doctor immediately. We know that contacts themselves will cause dryness. If you often suffer from dry eyes, I suggest you to try another kind of contacts which can maintain the water of your eyes and allow more oxygen to enter into the surface of your eyes. Or you can just use glasses for instead. And there are also some kinds of surgeries that can help with our vision problems. You can consult your eye doctors for more information of the surgeries. Hope you good luck!

I'd like to give you some suggestions. but you'd better remember that every step here will be gently performed. first, you need to wash your hands with soaps carefully for a little bacteria may lead to an eye infection and make the situation went even worse. second, you need to apply lots of eye drops such as artificial tears or other safe solutions to moisten your eyeballs and contacts ant then blinking furiously. third, you can look in all directions while your eye is open. And then put a finger on your closed eyes and then move your eyeballs in all directions. we must do this gently for the skin of our eyes is delicate and the eye is even more so. fourth, after doing this for several times, you can try to remove your contacts as you usually do. once, I saw one of my friend just crying in frustration when her contacts stuck to her eye and the lens slipped out of her eyes. many people may suffer this from time to time, but if you can't handle with it, you need a pro to assist. Good luck!
