I take an eye exam and get pupil dilation right now. Can i wear my contact lenses? Is it safe? Or i need eyeglasses for vision aids?

I think you can wear contacts after pupil dilation. It is a common phenomenon that our pupil will dilate in many conditions. This doesn't affect our vision. If you think this will affect your eyes, you can look at the distance for a moment and try the contacts until your eyes recover.

I wear contacts too. I don't think wear contacts when pupils dilated will do any harm to my eyesight or eyes. The dilated pupil is more beautiful than it before. And the pupil will let in more lights. So I don't think it would hurt anything. This often last a few minutes to a couple of hours, and then it will return back to normal when you look in the mirror.
