How can I tighten the plastic stuff of rimless glasses?

My glasses got loose, how can I tighten plastic stuff without screws? I mean the screws are tight enough, but the glasses are still loose.

You can take your glasses to the place where you bought your glasses, the worker there will do it for you.

Put your glasses on an even desk. Then use one hand hold the front part of one temple in its place, the other hand hold the end of the temple and bend it inner side. Do the same as the other temple. You will find your glasses tightened at last.
