How to remove scratches from rx eyeglasses?

I bought a pair of plastic eyeglasses, and it was scratched a week ago, and now I cannt see clear through the lenses. How can I remove those scratches?

Scratches on the plastic eyeglasses are easily removed than other material. You can use Pledge furniture polish cleaner or DVD/CD cleaner and spray the solution in the scratches caused by wear and tear and clean it with a soft cloth.

A friend of mine used his rock polishing tools on my scratched lenses and it work well.
