Can I polish plastic lens to remove scratches on it?

You'd better not. That would destroy the coatings on the lenses. You should get a new pair of glasses.

It is not a good solution to remove the scratch and obviously it will damage the anti-glare coating. If the scratch is minor, you can try to use some toothpaste and rub it on the lens with a piece of clean and soft cloth.

Lenses can't be re-polished reshaped or form in any way after they are already cut. You need to get new lenses.
