What prescription to get for reading glasses?

I have -5.00 myopia both eyes and im doing this thing that supposedly helps cure myopia. Opticians please dont comment cause i dont want to hear your negativity. Anyways what (+) reading glasses should i get to help me train my eyes? Again NO OPTICIANS i culd care less about ur opinions about eyesight.

I often use normal, mild detergent and cold water to keep them clean.Just put a drop of the detergent on each lens, and rub it around with your fingers for a while, then rinse off the detergent.Let them air-dry or dry them with clean, soft cloth.
