What is the best stuff to remove scratches from the glasses lenses?

I have a pair of sunglasses that i recently scratched. What is the best stuff to remove scratches from the glasses lenses and from the plastic frame?

you can buy Armor Etch at your local craft store. Spread a thick layer of it on the fronts and backs of your sunglasses lenses. Wait five minutes and then rinse it off under cold water. The scratches will be gone. Or Spray Lemon Pledge on a rag. Rub the rag over the sunglasses lenses. Wash your lenses with dish soap and water. You may need to repeat this method two or three times if you have a lot of scratches.
