How durable are prescription rimless glasses?

I am getting new glasses , and I really like rimless glasses. They look quite good on me. But I need to know if they will hold up to every day wear and tear.

I had a pair of rimless glasses for 2 years. I found one of the nose pad missing by chance. Later the screws on the glasses are all lost and the glasses cannot be used again. I don't think the rimless glasses are as durable as framed glasses. They are more easily to get broken.

It should depend on the quality. Some people find they can get broken much easier but others don't. You need to give special care to the rimless glasses and don't wear them for competitive sports.
