I've heard that you should look away from the computer and focus at distant objects every 15 minutes or so to reduce eye strain and prevent nearsighted/farsightedness. But my question is, if you use computer glasses when on the computer, and it's time to look away to focus on a distant object, should you leave the computer glasses on, take them off, or swap to long distance glasses?

Surely it will be much better if you take them off the focus on a distant . but I think using them for short-time distant seeing will not affect that much .Actually ,the point of seeing far away every 15 minutes is to give your eye muscles a relax ,if you don't want to take the trouble to take them on and off ,you just need to blink your eyes several time or close your eyes for seconds .

Yes. If you want to keep your eye health, you need keep a distance between the computer screen. Besides, You'd better take a regular break when you work with computer. In addition, blink your eyes constantly and drinking more water can help you. If you are nearsighted/farsighted, you can wear computer glasses to help you.
