Sam recommended them on podcast. http://www.amazon.com/Uvex-S1933X-Ey.../dp/B000USRG90 I searched a long time but I could not find any store that would sell glasses to Europe. Can someone recomend any other glasses. Or if someone would help me, i would really appreciate.

Long since I saw an infomercial selling blue blocker glasses that could lead you to think they are something special. From what I understand of the physics is orange glasses should still block blue light. the biology is that an area of the retina is stimulated by blue light in the range of around 460 to 480 nm, when stimulated the pineal gland stop the production of melatonin. wearing the glasses starts the "dim light phase" of the circadian rhythm.If you have easy access to cheap orange glasses I would say give it a shot. if you are starting from scratch I would say spend a few extra $'s.
