No. Wearing glasses all the time won't do harm to their eyesight as long as the glasses are prescribed for them exactly. Glasses won't make the vision better or worse, they just help see better. If you have no problem with your glasses on all the time, you don't have to take them off. On the contrary, you will get blurry vision when you see far away without glasses. And it is very inconvenient to often put them on and take them off.
