Should I wear my reading glasses when on the computer?

I just got prescription reading glasses and I don't know if I should use them when on the computer or not. Should I?

Generally speaking, reading glasses can not used for computer because the distance from the eye to the computer is different from that to a book. But if you can see the computer clearly and don't have eye strain with the reading glasses on , it is ok to wear them when you use the computer.
