Do I need time to adjust my tight swimming goggles?

When I take my swim goggles off there is a dent, is it too tight? How can I adjust it to the right size avoid the water from leaking?

If they hurt when you take them off then they're too tight- use air pressure and correct block diving technique to keep them from falling off. When you're starting from the blocks, your streamline should be securing your goggle straps around your ears and your head positioned to break the water. If done correctly, your goggles should be problem free.
