  • Where are oakley sunglasses made?

I want to buy a pair of Oakley sunglasses for cycling. But i don't know how to pick up the real Oakley sunglasses. Where are Oakley sunglasses made? How to tell if they are real?

Oakley sunglasses are made in USA and the brand was created by Jim Jannard. Of course, you should buy a pair of Oakley sunglasses. As we know that the prescription Oakley sunglasses are very common now. If you wear a pair of prescription Oakley sunglasses, they can not only protect eyes from UV but also give your eyes good and clear vision, so it's good for people who have vision problems. Recently, Oakley sunglasses have different styles and different colors, so they can meet people with different needs. But it's still very hard to tell they are real or not. In my opinion, you can take them a sunglasses store and ask the authenticity guide to give you professional guide.

Oakley sunglasses are made by Oakley Corporate Company in USA. The price of them is high because of the high quality, famous brand, special and fashionable designs and so on. If you want to tell whether it is true, you can just directly go to the shop and ask the clerk. This is the most direct and easy way to know the answer.

"Made in U.S.A" should be found on the inside arms of the frames. Depending on the style of the frames, the words can be engraved or painted. Original Oakley Sunglasses are manufactured in USA only. Never in China or Taiwan. Visit Oakley.com and compare the colors of your frames to ones shown on the company site. Original Oakley's come in neutral metal tones and can be easily recognized whereas the frame colors of knockoffs would be a shade lighter than the authentic ones. This is a result of the paint being on plastic versus metal. There should always be an Oakley logo on the nose piece of the frames. Take a pencil eraser and rub it slowly over it. If the frames are fake the logo will gradually wear off. This happens over time on authentic frames and should not easily rub off.

The top answers sound like Oakley or http://www.discountglassesdirect.com/ paid someone to concoct them, unfortunately a snake-oil style of selling that should be outlawed on the net.

Oakley sunglassess... I spent $250 for a pair of Square Wire's only to find out that they are defective and have an Oakley rating (customer rating) . Of course, my glasses did the same thing and the right-side hinge busted just as I was ordering new lenses. They no longer make parts and have no empathy towards customers in this regard.

I expected Oakley sunglasses to at least work well for a few years for the price I paid, now I am very disappointed with the company and their "cool," but expensive and defective products (made in China?).

Always check the net, look at their online glasses shop and check the prices and ratings. I called customer service only to be given a 35% discount on a new pair, and I could easily do better than that at Amazon.

              Don't waste your money.
