It depends on how serious the scratches on your sunglasses. If it is really severe, there is no way to remove it and you can try to contact the seller to see if it can be replaced . If the scratches are minor, here are some tips to remove the lines on your plastic glasses. First, wash and clean your sunglasses using warm soapy water, rinse it ad wipe it dry using glasses cloth. After rinsing, most of the dirt will be washed away, and the visible remainder is just the scratches. Second, further clean the lenses by spraying wood-cleaning liquid. This liquid not only cleans the lenses , but also polishes the lenses. Finally, spread a bit of petroleum jelly to the scratch lines. Once again wipe it off using micro-fiber cloth. The jelly will penetrate to the lines, making the lines on the plastic eyeglass much less visible.

Glasses are delicate and can be easily scratched and damaged. Prominent scratches can affect the quality of the lenses and mar your vision through the lenses. Prevention is key when caring for your sunglasses, but accidents can occur. Scratches can easily be repaired with a few inexpensive household items, subsequently saving time and repair costs if you were to visit your optometrist.
1. Use toothpaste. Apply a small amount of toothpaste on the lenses. Use a soft, cotton cloth to rub the toothpaste into the lenses. Use a small circular motion. The toothpaste will act as a filler and fill in the gap created by the scratch. Continue applying a circular motion for 10 seconds and rinse with lukewarm water. If the scratch is deep or stubborn, you might have to repeat the process.
2. Use baking soda to remove scratches on your sunglasses. Mix 1 part water to 2 parts baking soda to create a creamy paste. Use the cotton cloth to distribute the paste onto the scratched lens. Use a circular motion to rub the baking soda paste into the lens. Rinse with lukewarm water. More stubborn scratches warrant a second application.
3. Use windshield fluid. The windshield fluid will polish off the scratches. Apply a small amount of windshield fluid onto a cotton cloth. Polish the sunglasses with the cotton cloth for several seconds. This method is especially effective against smaller scratches but may not remove prominent blemishes.
4. Use vehicle wax. The lipids in the wax will fill in the scratches. Apply a small amount of vehicle wax onto the cotton cloth. Apply the cotton cloth into the offensive scratch. Keep using a circular motion until the scratch is removed. You may need to use several cloths, as the wax can adhere to the fabric, subsequently marring its performance.
5. Use an eyeglass polishing kit, which usually contain a soft cloth and polishing liquid. These kits are great to use on your glasses, telescopes and camera lenses, and can be purchased from your local drugstore or optometrist's office.
