  • How to improve your yellow whites?

What will cause the white of the eyes yellow? Is there any way to whiten them? Any good ideas?

The whites of our eyes will turn yellow if we smoke heavily or drink too much coffee. And when we eat too much meat especially saturated fats, the whites of our eyes will become yellow slowly. So I suggest you to give up smoking if you are a heavy smoker; reduce the consumption of coffee or meat if you often eat a lot of them. Hope this helped!

If you are smoking pot or often do drugs, you may have brown spots on the white of your eyes. You just need to smoke less or smoke in the outside area (but not smoke in the public) so that the smoke will go away with the wind and will not tint your eyes anymore. if you often go to bed too late in the night, I suggest you to go to bed a little earlier next for sleeping too late will infect our liver and may make your eyes look unhealthy.

If you often exposure your bare eyes to pollution, sunlight, dusty environments, or smoking, you may make the whites of your eyes more and more yellow. These factors may cause permanent changes in the eyes. We know there are some workers who work under great pressure and in an awesome environment. The smokes and pollutions will badly damage their health. The society should call on more people to care about their working conditions. and more methods should be taken to improve the working environment and living standard.

I heard that there are some ways that can remove the thin membrane in our eyes. The membrane has some unsightly yellow or brown materials or blood vessels. The eyes of newborns are very white and bright in their whites of the eye, because there are fewer blood vessels and yellow or brown materials in the membrane. After removing the membrane, you will have a crystal clear membrane grows back in its place. You can consult your doctor to see whether you are a good candidate for this kind of surgery or not.

You may have pinguecula. It is a kind of eye disease. The people who have pinguecula may have yellow eyes. My uncle had this kind of disease. He bought some I-BRITE to treat with his yellow eyes. He said that he had removed his yellow eyes in the end. You can ask your eye doctor for more information about this product and then choose to use it or not. Hope this helped!

Is there something to do with your liver? If you have jaundice or just a small infection on your liver, you may have yellow eyes. But if jaundice and liver problems might be the causes, there are possibly other symptoms such as yellow skin. If you have healthy skin, you may not get these diseases. But you can make an appointment for a whole body exam. Then doctor will tell you what problems you may have.

I think it is not a liver failure. Your eyes will low terrible with totally yellow on the whites of your eyes. But I think we should drink enough water to clean the toxins in our body. It is said that everybody need to drink at least eight cups of water every day. This will lubricate your eyes too. You also need to eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits every day to provide your eyes with enough vitamins and nutrients. You need to sleep well every night. Hope you will be fine!

Too much exposure to sunlight will tint the whites of our eyes into yellow and further lead to eye problems too. That's why most of us choose to wear a pair of sunglasses in summer. if you often work in the outside, I strongly suggest you to buy a pair of sunglasses at this moment for there are some activities hold by http://www.discountglassesdirect.com/. You can have a look. Good luck!
