Your itchy and watery eyes may be caused by allergens. We know that some people may get itchy and watery eyes when they are in an environment with lots of dusts. Their eyes will produce excessive production of tears and mucus to fight against the allergens. If you have allergy eyes, you should have your symptoms checked by an eye doctor. Usually the doctor will tell you what allergens you need to avoid. Then, you can avoid touching those allergens in future to get rid of itchy and watery eyes. Hope this helped!

Dear friend, except the itchy and watery eyes, do you have other symptoms such as red eyes, runny nose, itchy nose, itchy mouth or itchy throat, sneezing and coughing? They can be the sign of an allergy. You may suffer from fatigue and lack of sleep at the same time. You can apply artificial tears to flush out the allergens and then get away from the place that have allergens as quick as possible.

Dear friend, you may suffer from dry eyes. If your eyes are very dry, your eyes will produce large quantity of tears to lubricate your eyes. And the itchiness also can be a sign of dryness of our eyes. You can't rub your eyes at this moment for rubbing will make the situation worse though giving your eyes a good rubbing will make you feel a little better at this time. When we use computer for a long time, we may suffer from dryness in our eyes. If you are a current contact user, you may suffer from dry eye too. The best way is to relax our eyes from time to time and apply some artificial tears to lubricate our eyes at the same time. Hope you will feel better soon!

Hey, guy! There! If you have allergy eyes, you can wear wraparound sunglasses to shield your eyes from allergens. We know that there are many allergens around us. It is really difficult to get rid all of them. But the common allergens such as pollen, dust, pet dander, peanuts, etc. can be avoided in our daily live and remember to drive with your windows closed during allergy seasons. You can apply a piece of ice on your eyebrows to calm down your irritated eyes and the water will wash out the allergens in your eyes. You will feel better after doing this. You can have a try.

Except for artificial tears, you can buy the eye drops with antihistamines, decongestants or mast cell stabilizers to relieve your itchy and watery eyes. the pills of these medication do not work as quickly as eye drops in relieving your itchy and watery eyes, so you'd better buy eye drops for instead. Besides, you can also buy nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug eye drops to decrease your inflammation. I will not suggest you to try steroids for they have some side effects which may increase eye pressure and further lead to glaucoma though they may provide a quicker relief to your itchy and watery eyes. And Steroids can cause cloudy eye which may process to cataracts. Good luck!

Guy! You can drink local honey every day to form an immune body to allergens. And honey is good for our health too. You can also benefit from immunotherapy. Consult an allergy specialist first and then ask him or her to inject small amounts of the allergen into your body to help you build up immunity gradually. You can apply some chilled cucumber slices or tea bags on your closed eyes to help with your irritated eyes. They are said to be the good home remedies for an eye inflammation and good for puffy eyes caused by watery eyes.

If you were wearing contact lenses at this moment, I would suggest you to take off your contacts. And apply some artificial tears into your eyes for few times. You can check whether there are some allergens on your contact lenses. You can cleanse your contacts at this moment. If the itchiness and swollen go away, you can wear your contacts again.

You can wash your eyes with rose water for twice or thrice a day. You can cut two pieces of a chilled raw potato to cover your itchy and watery eyes. For best results, use chilled raw potato slices to feel relaxed and also get rid of red itchy eyes. You can wash your eyes with fresh and clean water to wash out allergens. You can apply the mixture of a cotton ball and milk on your eyes and rub the skin around your eyes gently to help cure itchy eyes. Avoid using contacts, computers or laptops when you have itchy and watery eyes. Or you can wear a pair of computer glasses to prevent from irritation and rest your eyes in every hour. If the symptoms persist or go worse, you may need to consult an eye doctor immediately.
