Does hemorrhoid cream work for under eye wrinkles ?

Does anyone know that if hemorrhoid cream can take effects to my eye wrinkles?

Yes, hemorrhoid cream are considered to treat wrinkles. Although the cream is made for reduce the hemorrhoid. But it make sense to remove wrinkles of the skin on the face.
