I have got myopia for years and I am so afraid of getting an eye surgery. Do you guys know any methods that can treat high myopia?

Usually, high myopia means people with prescription over -6.00. To treat myopia, the most common way is to wear prescription eyeglasses or contact lenses. But if you want to cure your myopia, you can ask help from lasik eye surgery. As far as i know that people with prescription lower than -12.00 can consider to take lasik eye surgery. The surgery can cure your myopia. From this point, high myopia can be treated. But if you have very serious myopia that over -12.00, you may have to wear eyeglasses for the whole life. So, whether your myopia can be treated or not depends on how serious of your eyes. Just consult your eyes doctor if you want to cure it.
