You could do the exercise with little strength. But the drastic exercise will be bad for your glaucoma because of the increase of the eye pressure. It depends on what sports you do. You should avoid exercises which takes a lot of physical strength and needs lowering your head or bending your waist like weight lifting, standing upside down, fencing, volleyballs and so on. What's more, other exercises like swimming and diving which affect your eye pressure should be undertaken under the instruction of doctors. Therefore, you can only have mild exercies like walking and jogging.
