Yes, it is very possible for you to get blepharitis from dust mites which contain a lot of bacterium which is invisible. You need to take high notice of hygiene to prevent from this. You should not let yourself in the dust environment. You could also use some eye drops which could make your eyes get moisture and become bright. You could have a try.

Yes, blepharitis can be classified as staphylococcal, seborrhoeic, parasitic or mixed according to the wikipedia. As we all know, there are invisible germs in the air, let alone the dust mites.
