Yes, it is possible for you to get puffy eyes due to sun exposure. The strong sun lights will damage your eyes if you don't wear the goggles. You could use the warm compress to treat the puffy eyes right now. You could find the warm water and clean cloth to make your eyes feel comfortable. You should better protect your eyes carefully.

Well, yes, sun exposure can just lead to puffy eyes in some cases. So just be careful about it. As we know that when we go outside and have excessive sun exposure, it will just damage our eyes, leading to some eye problems, for sun light is too strong. And eye puffiness is a type of fluid build-up, which is also known as dropsy in the tissues around our eyes. At this moment, you should try ice compresses. According to some experts, cold tea bags can be very effective. Also, I will suggest you wear a pair of sunglasses when you go outside. And just be careful about the sun light, and it can just cause eye cancer too. By the way, allergies or infections can cause inflammation, leading to puffy eyes too.

First you need to find out cause of your puffy eyes. Sun exposure is not the only reason that can cause puffy eyes. Allergies and eating too much salt can also the common causes of puffy eyes. The most effective and easy way to reduce puffy eyes is using cold compress. You can use anything cold to do the job. You can cool off a wash cloth or eye mask in your refrigerator. Wash your eyes with cold water will do the job too. Drink water is another way to ease the symptom. If your have eaten too much salt, drink more water; and pay attention you sleeping position. If you have slept on a very low pillow, your puffy eyes may get worse. Don't forget get enough sleep. When you lie down on the bed and going to sleep, you can tap the puffy area gently; it will help move the fluids elsewhere. Wish you be better soon!
