Well, in my opinion, high blood pressure will not cause sore eyes. For sore eyes, they are a very widespread and common eye infection, and it can be contagious. According to some researches, when your eyes are infected with sore eyes, the blood vessels in the eyes will darken. In some cases, other symptoms may occur too. For example, your eyes feel itchy, dry and sore, painful and discomfort. But there is nothing to do with high blood pressure. And for the treatments, you can use a clean and warm compress. Also, you can put cotton balls dipped in rose water over the eyes for a few minutes which is very effective in reducing inflammation as well as discomfort.
