Why do some people wear sunglasses while there is no sun?

I very often wear sunglasses while there is no sun, and it is not a matter of fashion, drug or whatever: if the wind is strong I just physically can't bear it, I am VERY eyes- sensitive and could easily have my eyes crying or getting red if I don't put glasses to protect myself!

Frankly speaking while in India . Wearing shades is a part of fashion, style & clothing . It has to do nothing with sun or it's light.

Sometimes, they wear sunglasses in order to cover eye bags, black circles or red eyes after crying. However, for some people, they think wearing sunglasses is very cool.
