In the embryonic period, pyramidal cells start to growth. At this stage, due to genetic problems, the pyramidal cells do not grow out, which can form total color blindness. The second stage is the early period when pyramidal cells are forming, and it can only distinguish luminosity, and then begin to differentiate into two pyramidal cells which can identify yellow and blue. If there is no differentiation, it may be total color weakness. In the third stage, yellow vertebral begin to differentiate into red vertebral and green vertebral, if there has not this stage or has error in differentiation, it will cause red blind and green blind. If there has error in part section, result in the color which felt by vertebral is different from other people, which can lead to red weak or green weak.

According to some experts, most color vision problems are inherited and are present at birth. And there are also some people can have an acquired color vision problem caused by aging, eye problem, injury or side effects of some medicines. In term of the symptoms, there are a variety of kinds: you may be able to see some colors but not others; you may see many colors so that you can not tell the difference; you may only be able to see a few shades of colors; you may see only black, white and gray, which is quite rare. You can check your vision through some tests. Once the problem is found, go to see a doctor right now.
