How worse will my vision get?

I am only 15 and my eyesight is -6.5, and it is getting worse every year. Will it ever stop getting worse? Will I get blind?

Your vision will stop getting worse until you reach your early to mid 20s, when your vision will get stabilized. But before your vision is stabilized, you may become more and more nearsighted. However, you won't get blind.
