Vision gets blur at night, there's two reasons may cause to. One is pseudomyopia and the other is night blindness. You can adopt eye drop of mydriatic therapy to cure the pseudomyopia; relax your eyes after 1-2 hours' eye use and eyes massage will also assist this therapy. Use correct posture of reading and computer use would help you to prevent it happen again after its recovery. As for the night blindness, it may caused by lack of vitamin A. If it really the night blindness, the dry eye symptom will accompany. Please supply vitamin A 25~50 thousand IU per day, the night blindness will improve after 3 to 4 days.

This should be due to lack of vitamin, and then you have the nyctalopia, maybe you can try vitamin AD capsule. But, nyctalopia also can be divided into two kinds, including congenital nyctalopia and acquired nyctalopia. If it is innate, there is still no effective treatment method. But, the acquired nyctalopia can be avoided by formatting good eating habits. So if you have the symptom, you need to have some food rich in vitamin A, such as carrots, green pepper, and spinach, orange and so on.

In the dark light, you will find your eyes see not as clear as that at daytime. It is normal. However, you always feel your vision get blurry at night recently. You'd better go to see the doctor and have a check, in order to avoid the eye problems, such as shortsighted symptom or other eye diseases.

Frankly, it is not normal, but certainly not rare. It is a condition called astigmatism, because your pupils become larger at night, which any blurry objects you see in daylight will get more extreme. You can have a try with tinted lens glasses, because that should help, but it won't cure it. If it really annoys you, you can ask help for doctor, and then laser is the best way to cure it.

According to your situation, it is caused by the lack of vitamin A in the diet or some certain digestive diseases affecting the absorption of vitamins that result in the retinal rod cells lack the raw material for the synthesis of rhodopsin. This night blindness is temporary, you just need eat more liver, carrots, cod liver oil which can supplement the deficiency of vitamin A, and you will soon be recovered.

Well, it's normal that your vision become blurry at night. There are a lot of reasons which can cause blurry eyes. In my opinion, it is just because of the contrast between the dark and the light. In dark conditions color can blur into it surrounding. And also your eyes strain to see stuff so it may appear blurry. Also your pupils become larger at night, which means any blurring you normally see in daylight will get more extreme. Maybe you should go and see a doctor so that you can make sure how to treat it.
