One of my eyes got retinal detachment, i guess. I want to drive to a hospital. Can i drive with a detached retina? Please help.

No, you'd better not. You should ask someone else to drive for you. And your treatment should be quick. After the retinal detachment, your another eyes will have very weak vision. You should not use the eyes in strength. You should let them close before you get to the hospital. And you should avoid the strong lights which may directly shine into your eyes.

I suggest you not drive right now. You'd better ask your families or friends or anyone else to take you to a hospital. Retina detachment is a serious conditions. You need get your eyes treated. Or it will cause blindness. And if you drive yourself in this condition, it will increase other risks to you such as car accident etc.
