No, you could not wear the contact lenses after the prk surgery which may bring the invisible bacterium into your eyes which may let your eyes get infection to the serious degree. Thus, you should have the special protection for the eyes and wait for the basic recovery about a month. Then you could base on your actual situation and choose to wear the contact lenses. But I still don't suggest you to wear it because the contact lenses may easily let your eyes get dry.

Well, in my opinion, you can wear contact lenses till you have taken the surgery for about two weeks. As we know that according to some experts, people can wear contact lenses after the surgery in about 1 week. So it can be fine. But on the other hand, this kind of surgery is to improve your vision, while it also can make your eyes become sensitive and fragile in the first recovery period. And after the surgery, you should give some time for your eyes to recover. Or it can lead to some eye infections because the contact lenses carry many irritants. So just be careful about it. By the way, after the surgery, it can be likely top have some eye problems, such as pink eyes, or dry eyes, for your eyes are very sensitive and fragile. For example, it can lead to eye strain, if you overuse your eyes to watch TV or computer. Also, you should avoid eye injuries by wearing a protective shield at night and with naps until you are advised by your doctor. So just avoid them. Anyway, just pay more attention to your eyes after the surgery.

No, you had better not to wear contact lenses after the prk surgery. PRK is one of the first refractive surgeries, eliminates or reduces moderate myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism. And it is an elective and outpatient surgery. With a good surgical result, most patients do not need to use contact lenses or glasses for distance vision after the operation. The glasses are highly recommended if you have to wear them instead of contact lenses to see objects in a clear way. Because it is easy for you to bring invisible bacteria or virus into your eyes to cause eye infection and become worse condition. In this case, you should avoid any external affect to the recovery of the eyes.
