Before you start to put your contact lenses in, you should wash your hands clean. Then place the left lens on your right index finger which would be like a bowl shape. Use your left hand to hold your lower eyelid down. Just put it in while viewing through a mirror. Then move around your eye to make it placed in a right position and then close your eye slightly. Next do the same as your right eye.

Practice makes perfect. I have no problem putting in my contacts. This is the key step that I put it in. Use the index finger of your opposite hand to pull your upper eyelid upward; use the middle finger of your dominant hand (i.e. the one with the contact on it) to pull your lower eyelid downward. As you become more experienced, you'll be able to do this just by pulling down your lower eyelid.
