Any tips about how to put contact lenses in without it hurting?

I am going to get contact lenses but afraid tht it will hurt when putting them in. any suggestions about how to put them?

First wash your hands before putting them in. Then clean the contact lenses before using them. When you are ready to put them in, you mustn't blink. That will make you put your contact lenses in more easily. It'll probably take you a while to manage to put them in. You'll get used to it several times later.

The doctor would tell you how to get the lenses in and out when you are buying contacts ,just follow their instructions.It is easy to do.
