What's the lowest degree you can get for non- prescription reading glasses?

I'm looking for reading glasses to help read the small texts in the book cuz I always have a headache and eye fatigue when reading too long. But I have good vision. I can find +1.25 at Shoppers, but is there anything weaker than that?
