how to have good eyesight?

I want to know some eyesight improvement ways. Do you have any idea? I just have mild myopia but my brother have bad vision problems. We both want to have good eyesight. Any good ideas?

I just heard that we can improve our eyesight by playing action video games. I have tried that and found that it works. So I recommend it to you. You can spend a few hours a day to play Unreal Tournament, few weeks later you will find that you have better visual abilities than before. And finally you can identify letters in clutter by 20 percent.

Dear friend, I strongly suggest you to spend more time outside. I have spent 2 months outside it turned out that my eyesight improved. As to your brother, I suggest him to get laser eye surgery because his vision problem is more serious. Only laser surgery can give him perfect vision though it may not give him a permanent result, so he can have a try.
