Yes, eating nothing can make a bad influence on your eyes because the eyes need nutrition to function well. If they do not get enough nutrition, they are likely to go on strike as well, eye diseases develop. In daily diet, you should intake foods rich of Se such as liver, lean meat, onion, garlic, sea fish, oyster and corns. If supplement of Se is deficient, the vision will decrease and eye diseases such as cataract, nyctalopia and retinopathy. Vitamin A is necessary for the production of rhodopsin in the retina. Foods rich in vitamin A are carrots, pumpkins, potatoes and green vegetables. Vitamin B1 and nicotinic acid are also essential to the eyes, without which the eyes are liable to quiver. And vitamin B2 can guarantee the normal metabolization of the retina and cornea, if it is deficient, symptoms of tears, redness, itchy eyes are prone to appear. Therefore, not eating is bad to eyes.

To some extent not eating can affect the vision of human beings. This is because there are many necessary objects contained in the foods, such as water, vitamins, minerals, proteins, and that the lack of any kind of them will lead to malnutrition in the eyes, which will certainly do some harm to the health of the eyes and affect the vision. For example, if your eyes lack water, your eyes will get dry eyes. If your eyes lack vitamin A, your eyes may easily get night blindness. Therefore, piddling, anorexia, or similar habits will do harm to the eyes.
