  • Is eye twitching hereditary?

No, the eyes twitching is not hereditary. If you don't keep hygiene, your eyes may easily get twitching because of the coming invisible bacterium. Your eyes twitching should be controlled and treated with eyes drops with anti-inflammation. You could also do the warm compress to stop the eyes twitching. You will feel comfortable at the eyes. At the same time, your eyes will be moisture.

Well, in my opinion, eye twitching cannot be hereditary. So you do not need to worry about it. Generally speaking, eye twitching is related to subtle or strong uncontrollable movement of the eyelid muscles, which can occur on the upper or lower eyelid. But there is no evidence which can show that it is hereditary. And of course, when it occurs, sensitivity to light, blurred vision can be possible too. In daily life, sweet potatoes, halibut, green vegetables, nuts and unrefined grains can be taken to relieve it. And then, it may go away by itself.
